creative that scales brands.
NO wasted time, NO sending your ad budget down the drain, NO bullshit, NO stress… Read the next 2,000 words, it's worth it.

Dear E-commerce Founder,
This is a post about how to scale your brand with one simple creative strategy.
If you're in the mood to read 3,300 words that will completely change the course of your business, go right ahead. There's no TL;DR.
This post is for ambitious business owners that want to learn how to scale profitable brands relatively fast.
I'm currently working with clients running anywhere between $500 to $10,000 per day in ad spend, across multiple niches…
Generating ROIs as low as 4.37 and up to 10.85 while seeing $650k, $800k, and even up to $1.7m in revenue generated every month.
The strategy I will lay out worked for me when I was scaling my own brand Treehuggers Bracelets to over 7 figures per month. And it continues to work for all types of businesses selling online B2C products, courses, and even services.
In the hands of a serious, committed, and hungry entrepreneur, this strategy is a weapon.
It'll give you access to a whole new world where you will start scaling and making money very fast.
You will no longer have cash flow problems.
You will be able to outsmart and outspend your competitors.
You will never have to worry about taking some well deserved time off (if you want it).
Now this is usually the part where most "experts" start hyping you up about all the wonderful things you will be able to do.
But I'm not going to smear you with dreams of business class flights, luxury hotels, and fancy dinners. It's your money, do with it whatever you like.
What I will promise you is this:
You will learn how simple it can be to completely transform your brand into a million-dollar per month business.
And you will…
❌ Stop throwing money at ads that barely convert.
❌ Stop relying on luck to drive traffic to your store.
❌ Stop listening to the latest bullshit 'flavor of the day' advice.
❌ Stop 'guessing' what works.
Instead, you will gain full control over your brand’s growth…
And attract customers who are eager to buy your product.
Not just because it’s great, but because they feel connected to your brand on an emotional level.

Your future customers
But here's the good part…
You will NOT have to spend thousands of dollars on video production, you will NOT have to run 20 different campaigns… And you will certainly NOT have to figure everything out for yourself.
In fact, if you follow along and implement everything I describe on this page, you will never have to guess how to scale your business again.
We are going to cover:
✅ How to uncover hidden market gaps that position your brand for explosive growth.
✅ How to craft a brand positioning strategy that makes your product the obvious choice.
✅ How to create story-based ads that drive your audience to buy.
✅ How to develop a repeatable growth system that scales your business.
By the end of this, you'll have a clear, actionable blueprint to turn your brand into a revenue-generating powerhouse.
Life gets so much better when you cut the bullshit out.
My name is Nir and 10 years ago I quit my job as affiliate manager because I wanted to build something on my own terms.
I took everything I learned and applied it to crafting creative strategies that scale.
Since then I’ve operated 3 businesses, managed creative teams, run ads, created email campaigns, wrote (and executed) marketing strategies for myself and my clients.
And helped generate over $100M in sales in “saturated” markets such as:
Fashion & Accessories
Business Opportunity
Crypto Investments
Digital Products
Restaurants
Kids Toys
Hotels
Music
And more…
During this time I blatantly stole bits and pieces of marketing wisdom from every corner of the internet and devised my own method of doing things.
Why am I confessing this digital crime?
Because I want you to know that this isn't some thrown together piece of confusing guru garbage you see every day.
Everything I talk about has been tried and tested.
And now it's available for you to take advantage of.
I'm not doing this because I'm such a good guy.
I'm doing this because like many other up and coming entrepreneurs, I too fell victim to shady experts and bad advice.
I once paid $45,000 up front to a facebook ads agency that promised the world and delivered less than a grain of sand.
Not to mention hundreds of thousands of dollars flushed down the drain chasing shitty advice. Trying and failing, and trying again.
It sucks, and I don't want other people to have to go through that.
The truth is, there is too much garbage being touted by people that have no clue about scaling a brand. And that sea of slime leaves you confused and paralyzed as to what to do and how to act.
Folks love to give advice, but at the end of the day, it's your ass that's on the line.
You need to live with the choices you make, for good or bad.
But let me assure you…
Online ads and scale marketing is very much alive.
Platforms change, algorithms move around, but a working strategy will always stand the test of time.
In a few sentences I’m going to show you the exact strategy I used to scale my brand.
But first let's see what you've been doing so far.
Tell me if I'm getting this right…
What's wrong with your creative strategy (you don't really have one).
Let’s face it, scaling your brand to $1M/month and beyond is hard work.
The truth is, most founders don’t have a real strategy at all.
You're mostly operating in the dark, confused by too many options and overwhelmed by advice from every corner of the internet.
So what do you do?
You throw a little bit of everything at the wall and hope something sticks.
Sound familiar?
You’ve probably tried a bit of this and a bit of that, bouncing from one tactic to another like a leaf in the wind.
But without a clear strategy, that wind turns awfully cold - and before you know it, you’re burning through your ad budget, running in circles, and feeling stuck.
You don’t have a scaling problem. You have a strategy problem.
Here’s what that looks like:
You’re launching random ads, but the ROI just isn’t there. One month’s results might give you hope, but then it fizzles out, leaving you back at square one.
You’ve tried email, influencer deals, or SEO, but none seem to work consistently. It’s like you’re chasing a moving target without knowing where to aim.
You keep hearing about “new trends” or “hacks,” but none of them fit your brand. You’re overwhelmed by the options and don’t know in which direction you should go.
Your marketing is all over the place. You’ve got some ads here, a blog there, a few emails that go out every so often, but nothing’s tied together. There’s no clear path, no cohesive message.
You’re tired of throwing money at the problem, hoping this next campaign will be the one that finally breaks through… only to watch it fizzle out just like the last one.
This is the cycle you’re probably stuck in.
Constantly testing, trying, and hoping for a result.
But without a clear, creative strategy built for scale, you’ll keep spinning your wheels, wasting time and burning cash.
How I Scaled My Brand to from $0 to $1,035,100 in 31 Days.
Imagine this for a second. What if you knew exactly how to position your brand so it stood out and grabbed your audience’s attention?
What if your ads weren’t just running, they were converting?
What if your product wasn’t just something people bought, but something they believed in and were emotionally attached to?
That’s exactly what happened to me with my brand.
I didn’t have a huge budget, and I sure wasn’t some marketing genius when I started out.
In fact, I didn't even have a unique product for the start. I was running a small store selling dropshipped jewelry and had some success selling a few bracelets and anklets to the 'boho-chic' crowd.
But I soon realized that selling "bracelets" won't get me far.
I needed a way to make whatever I was selling stand out.
What I found was this strategy. A laser-focused, creative strategy that transformed my brand from 'just another bracelet store' into a million-dollar business in just 31 days.
Here’s exactly how I did that:
1. Market Research: Finding the gap no one else saw
The first thing I did was dive deep into market research.
Not only looking at what my competitors were doing, I looked at what they weren’t doing.
Do this: List all your relevant competitors.
Other online vendors
Brick and mortar shops
Any alternative solution to your brand
Next, go in for a deeper dive with good old SWOT analysis.
List your competitors':
Strengths: What are your competitor’s strong points? The things that make it a formidable adversary.
Weaknesses: What are your competitor’s weaker points? The things that make it vulnerable to attack.
Opportunities: If you were them, what would you do to expand?
Threats: What puts this competitor in danger?
Now, after figuring that out, you are faced with 2 options:
(This is a military analogy so stick with me)
You can engage your competitors head-on and battle for the spaces they already own in the market. By doing so you will be fighting a well-fortified well-funded competitor, on any number of fronts. You will undoubtedly have to spend a significant portion of your marketing budget fending off competitor ‘counterattacks’ and can expect heavy losses before you gain any ground… IF you gain any ground at all. (see left image below)
Or…
You can identify a “gap” in the market. A place where little or no competition exists, and use the path of least resistance to gain your ground. (Image on right)

Option 1: Battle it out

Option 1: Battle it out
I found a gap that no one was talking about: Trees.
That year, 2019 had been a year of devastating forest fires. And pre-covid the environment was top of mind for people, but no accessory brand was stepping up to address it.
That’s where I saw my opportunity.
We weren’t just selling bracelets; we were planting trees with every purchase. It was a simple idea, but it hit a nerve with people. That’s what finding a market gap does—it taps into something your audience is already thinking about but hasn’t seen anyone address.
